We’re searching for Recruiters to join our fast-growing company! The candidate will be fully trained to move towards a Management-Level position within our organization at a fast pace. This is great for a person looking for long-term growth, stability and an exciting career with a supportive company that values its team members.
A minimum of 1-year of experience is required within recruitment and ATS database. Manufacturing, Construction, and Industrial are preferred, but not required. Experience in Mid, Senior & C-Level strategic placements is required.
A background in Sales only will also be considered for the position. The position is NOT Remote.
Requirements
The position offers a base salary, plus a HIGH COMMISSION & BONUS STRUCTURE. Additional to Continuing Education & Profit Sharing.
