What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper position at Stargate HR, Inc?
We're working with an HOA in search of a Landscaper for ongoing maintenance in the South Tampa area. The person will perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the small community, including but not limited to laying sod, mowing grass, trimming trees and plants, raking, and fertilizing. All tools are provided by the employer.
As the Landscape Maintenance person, you'll work to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards set by the Client.
Responsibilities:
- Remove Weeds, Watering, Trimming, Edging, Pruning, Hedging, and Blowing Leaves.
- Maintain Lawns, Planters and/or Flower Beds by Pruning, Weeding and Watering.
- Mows and edges lawns and/or edgers. Keep the grounds free of debris.
- Mixes and sprays or spreads fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees.
- Submit requests for repairs and/or improvements, as needed.
Requirements
- 2-3yrs, Landscape experience.
- MUST have Consistent Work History
- Reliable Transportation.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Must be Dependable.
- Record in maintenance log and deliver to HOA per visit.
