Position: Campus Resource Manager
Reports to: Assistant Director of Operations
Hours: 40 hrs/week, Saturday-Wednesday
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Position Overview:
Starfire is seeking a detail orientated, friendly and collaborative individual to help us deliver inclusive, world-class sports experience and educational programs that inspire, encourage, and empower youth and families in our community. Weekday shifts will focus on various prep and planning for short and
long term requests while we balance reservations for 3rd party reservations and events, charitable partners and online reservations as well as our own leagues, programs, tournaments and camps. This role is an integral part of keeping weekends running smoothly and ensuring we are optimising our facility usage with our wide variety of activities. The campus resource manager will focus on weekends with customer interactions and satisfaction while working with staff to ensure all areas are operating effectively. An ideal candidate will be able to multitask and balance planning ahead with handling immediate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Field Reservation Coordination
○ Provide exemplary customer service for new and returning customers on individual reservations to larger seasonal needs.
○ Ensure proper invoicing and payment receipt.
○ Coordinate with accounting and outreach staff on billing procedures as needed. ○ Lead the optimization of field utilization by balancing needs of Starfire programs with 3rd party customers and analyzing seasonal trends to fill any unused time.
○ Increase our current online field availability options for reservations based on seasonal availability.
○ Implement increased offerings for customers hosting parties and ensure day of ease and satisfaction.
● Event Planning
○ Ensure any required paperwork and deposits are paid in a timely manner.
○ Coordinate any applications and details for vendors attending reservations. ○ Communicate Starfire policies and procedures to rental groups to ensure they plan appropriately.
○ Obtain pertinent information from customers and ensure fulfillment of those requests or coordinate with appropriate departments.
● Campus Operations Support
○ Operational management of 54-acre campus during selected shifts, including management and load balancing of staff in all functional areas (Guest Services, Parking, Concessions, Referee, Coaching) and emergency management.
○ Conduct necessary operational tasks, as assigned by the Assistant Director of Operations.
○ Responsible for completing reconciliation of end of shift parking, concession and GS payment banks/activity and related reports.
○ Ensure staff compliance with all Starfire policies and procedures including emergency protocols
○ Assist in conducting performance reviews of current staff members and work with the Assistant Director of Operations on improving staff performance.

Compensation & Benefits:
● Base Salary: $50,000-55,000 per year.
● Incentives: Annual performance bonus of up to $2,500 based on objective attainment. ● Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision HSA plan.

● Time Off: 15 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, and 3 paid volunteer days annually.
