About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and validation of test methods and systems for complex engineering solutions.
- Apply Design of Experiments (DoE) and data-driven approaches to optimize system performance and ensure reliability.
- Conduct hands-on testing, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and integrated systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, protocols, reports, and risk management files.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with FDA/FAA standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in systems engineering and verification & validation (V&V).
- 8 years of progressive experience in systems engineering, with a proven track record in test method development and system verification.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and sensor data interpretation (e.g., statistical modeling, visualization, automation).
- Experience building and maintaining test beds, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) environments.
- Strong background in risk management (e.g., ISO 14971, FMEA) and requirements traceability.
- Familiarity with FDA/FAA regulations and experience in the medical device or aerospace industries is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
