Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Charlotte, NC. The Customer Service Specialist will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support. The role includes processing orders, handling product and pricing questions, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and operations to resolve issues and support smooth order fulfillment. The specialist will follow up on customer requests, document interactions in the system, and monitor customer feedback to help improve service quality. This position also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting a positive customer experience, and supporting ongoing customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
- Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous communication in all customer interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with order entry, CRM or ERP systems, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
