Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lubbock, TX. The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing various types of contractual agreements to ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing legal and financial terms within contracts, maintaining accurate contract records, ensuring timely renewals, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Contract Management and Contractual Agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance
- Strong Contract Negotiation skills for securing favorable terms and resolving disputes
- Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret complex legal and financial information
- Effective Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution
- Experience with regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field preferred, plus two years' full-time experience with contracts. (Education and experience may be substituted -- 30 hours of college = 1 year of experience)
