Position Summary
STARC Systems, Inc., the leader in temporary wall containment for healthcare renovations, data centers, and airports, is looking to add an Inventory Control Specialist. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a successful proven track record of tracking warehouse stock; documenting inventory cycle counts, and storing merchandise. Accuracy is vital with inventory, making a very detailed- oriented approach critical for tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a self starter capable of operating with minimal direction and oversite. Knowledge of core concepts like cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory optimization methods is crucial for daily tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Effectively manage, organize, and oversee inventory
- Count and maintain all 1200 inventory SKU's
- Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies and develop solutions to inventory challenges
- Ensure all incoming deliveries match the company purchase order
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to align inventory needs
- Oversee the lifecycle of products from acquisition to final disposal
- Operate various machinery including forklifts, and scissor lift to handle materials and inventory
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient with ERP systems
- Availability of working overtime
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
