WHO WE WANT:
Starburst Financial Group, LLC is seeking candidates for a full-time Financial Advisor
(FA) position in our Clear Lake area office. Starburst has seen tremendous
growth over the years in both clientele and assets. We want a leader to work
closely as a trusted advisor serving the needs of our clients and their
families within our growing practice. They will provide planning and
relationship management to the clients of Starburst Financial Group, LLC. They
will work in a team environment with at least one Certified Financial Planner
™. There are additional opportunities to bring their own clients and build
their own book of business, should they choose. You can have the best of both
worlds, service our existing clients with guaranteed salary and bonuses, while
growing your own book at the same time.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Provide positive and professional service to all clients and staff
·Handle communication with the client base including phone calls, emails, and
meetings
·Client facing by attending client meetings and being responsible for follow-up
activities
·Build and maintain a relationship with the client base with the focus on
service and operations
·Gather client data to create and continue updating Financial Plans using Right
Capital, Financial Planning software
·Assist in developing and reviewing annual client review materials for
presentation
·Research various investment products such as Mutual Funds, ETF’s, Annuities,
& Stocks
·Assist in portfolio construction and creating models for our practice
·Presenting recommendations to clients and implementing them
·Interact with and assist the entire team from Admin to President to accomplish
all goals
·Develop and maintain written processes of all activities in our CRM
·Document all client conversations and activities on our CRM
·Maintain all continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor plus
required training element
DESIRABLE CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:

·Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows 10

Required:
·Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
·Minimum 2 years of investment advisory, brokerage, or planning experience
·Clean background check
Preferred:
·Certified Financial Planner™ certification
Starting Salary Range:
·$75,000-$125,000
