Be part of the team that powers data-driven decision-making across our data democratization team at coffeehouse operations, Partners and Supply Chain domain. You will help shape how insights are translated into action-enabling teams to optimize store performance, improve partner and customer experience, and scale solutions across the enterprise. Who you are... * A natural facilitator who loves working with people and building connections * Comfortable managing complexity and change * Passionate about data integrity and compliance * Growth-minded, solution-oriented, and eager to learn continuously Key Responsibilties: * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and decision frameworks * Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable insights * Guide stakeholders through trade-offs, risks, and implications of data-driven recommendations * Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decisions at multiple levels What you'll do: * Analyze data to deliver actionable insights with strong hands-on experience with modern analytics and BI tools, including Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy * Ability to design, build, and scale interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that drive decision-making * data preparation, transformation, and workflow automation (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to enable efficient analytics * Establish reporting cadence, monitor KPIs, and share updates with stakeholders. * Stay ahead of emerging AI/BI trends to accelerate data modernization efforts (Generative AI, Augmented Analytics). * Collaborate with architects and engineers to enable AI-driven insights and modern BI capabilities (Cloud Platforms: Azure, APIs). What We're Looking For: * 5 years in analytics, decision science, roles. * Education: BA/BS in business or quantitative discipline (Stats, Math, Comp Sci, Engineering); Masters preferred. * Strong communication and storytelling skills with an executive presence. * Proven ability to drive projects from concept to impact in ambiguous environments. * Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern BI tools; familiarity with AI/ML concepts. Preferred: * Experience integrating AI-driven insights into dashboards, semantic models, or data marts. * Expertise advanced AI techniques and build AI-orchestrated pipelines for complex data analysis.
