Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to brand standards
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, lobby, and work areas
- Restock products, supplies, and merchandise as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures

Qualifications
- Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be dependable and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
