Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with experience in Pro AV (or similar technology) industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Pro A/V equipment and related technology solutions. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the education, government, healthcare, and commercial business sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the features and benefits of interactive display solutions. This is a high-profile growth initiative, and we are seeking a knowledgeable sales professional who is motivated for a career opportunity.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Prospect and identify potential clients in the targeted markets.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of interactive display solutions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop sales strategies and approaches to successfully achieve targeted sales growth.
5. Deliver effective account management while building high level contact and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and market insights.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in sales within the interactive display technology.
2. In-depth knowledge of interactive display solutions, including hardware, software, and integration capabilities is a plus.
3. Familiarity with the education market and government procurement processes is a plus.
4. Experience working within a channel sales environment is a plus.
5. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Strong passion for sales and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to clients.
9. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
