Role Description
This is a contract role for a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Advisor. The role is hybrid, located in San Francisco, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include managing commercial real estate transactions, conducting market analysis, prospecting new clients, negotiating lease terms, and providing exceptional customer service. The advisor will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate practices
- Strong Finance skills for managing transactions and conducting market analysis
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Valid Real Estate License in California
- Experience with real estate technology and platforms is a plus
- Proven track record of successful sales and leasing transactions
