Position Overview
Position: Preschool Director/Principal
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried
As School Director, you will oversee daily school operations, mentor and support staff, maintain licensing and compliance standards, build strong family relationships, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and teachers alike.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- EEC Director II Certification
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare center
- At least 1 year of leadership or management experience
- Previous teaching experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
