Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Plymouth, MA for an Early Childhood Assistant Director. The role entails overseeing daily operations of the academy, including curriculum planning, managing and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and fostering a safe and enriching environment for children. The Early Childhood Director will also build relationships with families, facilitate communication, and ensure the holistic development of all young learners.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
- Demonstrated expertise in Educational Leadership and overall program management
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with families, staff, and the community
- Background in Education with the ability to apply best practices in early childhood learning
- Associate's, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Experience working in early childhood education settings in a managerial or leadership capacity
- State-specific certifications in early childhood education (if applicable)
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and creating positive outcomes for young learners
