You'll work consistent shifts that vary during business hours.All that you need is:Comfortable listening to and accommodating guestsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and always focus on the guestAbility to follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistencyAdhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all Starbird Chicken standardsExperience in a similar role is preferred.Physical Abilities:Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to bend and reach overhead oftenMust possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipmentMust be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to coldMust be comfortable working near open flamesMay be required to work in tight spacesClose vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is requiredMust be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionallyMust be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerHOW DO WE CARE FOR OUR TEAM?We offer competitive pay between $21.30 and $24 per hour, a bonus structure, free meals, and the ability to earn tips as an hourly staff member.
