Essentials of the job:
- Hospitality is a key component in this position, so you should be comfortable with listening to and accommodating our guests.
- Ability to make change and provide accurate cash-handling
- Ensure that the dining room and restroom are clean and in working order
- First point of contact for customer complaints
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and always focus on the guest
- Punctual, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Openness to being coached/mentored, we are a learning culture
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, grasp for extended periods of time. Must have sufficient mobility to move and operate in confined work area.
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs; place items on high and low shelves in office, store rooms, service areas and walk-in coolers.
- Must also be able to tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
- Morning and evening shifts are available. Weekend shifts are a must.
