Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and setting up learning activities in both physical classrooms and online learning environments.
- Support student engagement through tutoring, mentoring, and supervising classroom or laboratory activities.
- Proofread and review educational content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before dissemination.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, labs, or study sessions to promote a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Collaborate with faculty on lesson planning, student assessments, and academic support strategies.
- Support students from diverse cultural backgrounds by providing inclusive assistance tailored to individual needs.
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience or laboratory experience in an educational setting is preferred but not require.
- Strong proofreading, writing, and communication skills to effectively support instructional content and student interactions.
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and supporting online learning environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
