Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Part Time Grounds Care team members to maintain and enhance the beauty of our clients’ outdoor spaces. This role involves performing landscape maintenance, operating groundskeeping equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Duties

• Mow lawns, trim trees, prune shrubs, and perform general landscaping tasks using hand tools and power equipment
• Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow plows with safety protocol adherence
• Conduct seasonal cleanups, snow plowing in winter months, and other outdoor maintenance tasks as needed

Experience

• Previous outdoor work experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
• Mechanical knowledge related to landscape maintenance equipment and power tools is a plus
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
