Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Representative located in Eagan, MN. This role will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing client inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and processing financial transactions. The representative will also be responsible for communicating effectively with clients via email, text and over the phone, to ensure a seamless experience from beginning to end. Other duties include coordinating daily transport schedules, communicating effectively with drivers and customers, tracking vehicles to ensure timely service, addressing any service-related issues

Schedule
Monday thru Friday (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM) on site in Eagan, MN
Weekends as needed (work from home)
Responsibilities
- Work directly with management, client services, chauffeurs, and clients to provide stellar service
- Contribute to process improvement & strategic development via on-the-job training
- Answer phones, emails, and other avenues for clients to book with Star
- Assist dispatch with coordinating vehicles & chauffeurs using a Transportation Management System (TMS), while monitoring availability to ensure the daily schedule is as efficient as possible
- Communicates proactively with drivers and clientele
Qualifications
- Client services and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of finance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
