Big Star Transportation is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for Fuel Delivery for our Kansas City Terminal - Read Entire Ad BEFORE calling!
Day Positions Available:
- 12-hour shifts
- Home Daily
- Work through the weekends with days off will be during the week - (Tuesday/Wednesday off or Wednesday/Thursday off).
Pay Structure
Competitive pay rates. Company drivers are paid by the load, with hourly rates for any wait time/equipment time. This gives our drivers the opportunity to make the most money they can.
Drivers are paid weekly on Friday.
Safety Bonus – Earned Daily, Paid Weekly. If a driver simply comes to work on time and finishes his shift without any safety violations (internal or external), said driver will earn $20.00 for that day, totaling up to an additional $100.00 per week or 5200.00/year.
Demurrage (Wait Time) - $23/hour at loading racks for all time spent waiting—No free time for the drivers.
401K
Will match 50% up to 5% of your own contributions (up to 2.5%)
Vacation
Drivers receive 1 week (5 days) of vacation after 12 shifts on their own and then receive and additional 2 weeks at their year anniversary with additional days for longevity.
Schedules
Flexible scheduling options available including set schedules and rotating schedules.
Average Income
Night drivers average 120,000.00/year before bonus. Day drivers average 100,000.00/year before bonus.
