Job Description
Packaging (Swing Shift)
Location: Petaluma, CA
Pay: $18.81/hour
Schedule: Swing Shift, Monday-Friday. Start time is 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM, depending on the position assigned. Standard 8 hour shift with a 30 minute lunch. During peak production, the schedule is often extended through Saturday night until 10:00 PM.
We're looking for reliable and motivated Packer to join a fast paced food manufacturing team. In this role, you'll package finished products, inspect quality, label and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining food safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.

We're looking for reliable and motivated Packer to join a fast paced food manufacturing team. In this role, you'll package finished products, inspect quality, label and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining food safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Package, weigh, count, and label finished products accurately.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and packaging specifications are met.
- Assemble containers and operate packaging equipment.
- Verify lot codes and ensure labels are accurate and legible.
- Build, wrap, and stage finished pallets for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Assist with other packaging and production duties as assigned.
- No previous experience required. Training is provided.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during busy production periods.
- Dependable team players with excellent attendance.
- Individuals who take pride in producing quality work.
- Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
