Star Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk with QuickBooks experience for a local building materials company. Bilingual is a plus!
$25.00-30.00hr
Mon-Fri
Job Summary:
This person will be the "face" of the company who will greet walk in customers, answer phones and transfer calls. You will be responsible for all A/P and A/R duties utilizing QuickBooks. Assisting with payroll. Providing estimates and quotes.
Requirements:
Excellent attendance
Proficient with QuickBooks
Able to work independently
Ability to multi-task with several projects at once
