Industrial Sanitation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Industrial Sanitation Manager to lead our facility’s cleaning and sanitation operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive cleaning programs, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance across all industrial and production areas. Your leadership will drive a culture of cleanliness, efficiency, and continuous improvement, supporting our commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple departments, including production areas, equipment, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Lead the team providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage schedules for sanitation staff to optimize coverage while minimizing disruptions to operations.
• Oversee specialized cleaning tasks such ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of sanitation activities, including logs of cleaning schedules, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with management to develop continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sanitation processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental policies and safety guidelines.
• Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new cleaning technologies to keep our sanitation program innovative and effective.

• Proven experience in supervising or managing a sanitation department within industrial food production settings.
• Strong background in cleaning procedures, including industrial sanitation standards, , and general housekeeping management within industrial food production settings.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling, waste disposal, and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment, supplies management, and sanitation best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inspections and recordkeeping.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
