About the Position:

Star Sleep & Wellness is growing, and we're seeking a director for our partner locations in McKinney, Mansfield, Houston, and North Carolina to support our Clinical Team Members! This role requires flexibility to travel between our DFW locations on a regular basis and periodic travel outside of the DFW area. The ideal candidate would align with our mission and values and have an affinity for cultivating professional relationships.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Leadership & Team Development
  • Overall support for the teams 
  • Growing the business
  • Weekly meetings & check ins 
  • Reports 
• Operations 
  • Monitoring the patient appointment schedule 
  • Quality control with appointments & chart notes
• Financial & Inventory Management 
  • Cash flow management 
  • Maintain each locations lab supplies and sleep test’s inventory
  • Invoice verification and payment requests
