We’re currently hiring Motorcoach Drivers to join our team and help deliver exceptional travel experiences across the region.
Job Summary
As a Motorcoach Driver, you’ll operate our fleet of charter buses to transport passengers safely and comfortably to their destinations. Whether it’s a local charter or a regional tour, you’ll be the professional behind the wheel who ensures every ride is smooth, timely, and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate motorcoaches on scheduled routes, charters, and special events
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation
- Assist passengers with boarding and luggage as needed
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, clients, and passengers
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement (required)
- Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Compensation
- Pay is based on a percentage of the trip plus tips
