SUMMARY: The Invoicing Associate will assist with answering multiple phone lines, greeting walk-in customers, assisting with customer inquiries by directing them to the appropriate department or personnel, and performing invoicing duties such as processing rental contracts and final payment calculations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Operations:
- Process cycle bills daily using Quadient and Excel.
- Add customer credit applications into Rentalman software.
- Process freight bills using RentalMan software and Excel.
- Prepare invoices for PAR branches.
- Prepare payoff requests.
- File.
- Other related duties as assigned for PAR.
Customer Service:
- Answer all phone lines, take messages for PAR, assist with customer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Greet walk-in customers and visitors, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar work environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, solid math abilities, effective decision-making, and outstanding customer service.
- Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Additional Experience
- Invoicing: 1 year (required)
- Multi-line phone system operation: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
Computer Skills:
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel required.
- 10 key preferred.
Language Skills:
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
- Ability to respond to basic inquiries and present information effectively to customers, co-workers, and management verbally and in writing.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to apply math concepts to practical situations.
- Proven ability to perform basic mathematical functions accurately
