As a Crew Lead, you’ll be entrusted with managing on-site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and guiding team members to deliver top-tier results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily roofing operations and crew productivity
- Inspect materials and completed work for accuracy and quality
- Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners
- Train, support, and mentor crew members
- Maintain safe and efficient job sites
Ideal Candidates:
- 3–5 years roofing experience
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions confidently on-site
