We are seeking an experienced Industrial Site Supervisor to lead operations and ensure compliance at a high-security industrial facility. This is a leadership role requiring strong decision-making, excellent communication, and proven supervisory experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial site supervision (required)
- Valid TWIC card (required)
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance procedures
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant must be able to perform continuous physical activity, including walking and climbing stairs, to complete job duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and support team members to maintain operational readiness
- Conduct site inspections and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Monitor access control, site activity, and ensure all personnel follow security protocols
- Prepare reports, communicate with management, and address incidents promptly
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism
