Job Title : Unarmed Security Guard - 4th of July Shift Location : Huntington Beach Date and Time : July 4th, 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Job Description : We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our event on the 4th of July.
Key Responsibilities : Monitor and patrol the event premises to ensure safety and security. Control access points and verify the credentials of guests and staff.
Provide directions and assistance to guests. Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies. Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
Communicate effectively with event staff and local authorities as necessary. Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to the event management team.
Requirements : Proven experience as an unarmed security guard or in a similar role. Excellent observational and surveillance skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. A professional demeanor and appearance.
Must be available to work on July 4th from 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM. Must possess a valid security guard license / certification (if applicable in your state or region).
Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience in event security. First aid or CPR certification. Compensation : $19 an hour Join us in ensuring a safe and enjoyable 4th of July celebration for all attendees.
