Growing commercial printing, direct mail & packaging company, located in the heart of Chester County, is looking for an experienced production/general manager to be part of their leadership team. Ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Printing, Mailing & Packaging industries and processes, the ability to meet tight deadlines, maintain excellent quality, and work smoothly with 20-30 people. This position overseeing the production side of the company, from receiving of files through delivery/mailing.
Areas of oversight would include
- Production Planning
- Purchasing
- Outsourcing
- Scheduling
- Quality control
- Employee Management
- Forecasting and Vision Management
- Coordinating with department managers and ownership. This position is suited for someone who wants to be more than an employee, rather be a core member of our leadership team. The ideal is for this person to oversee all aspects of production and allow ownership to focus on sales, marketing and financing. We are a small company that likes to do big things!
