Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Currently seeking dynamic Bilingual Leasing Consultants for Apartment Communities in Dallas-Fort Worth Texas.

Primary duties will be to secure lease agreements from all qualified persons and aggressively and adequately market the property to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.

Primary Responsibilities

· Greets prospective residents.

· Completes guest card information.

· Determines needs and preferences.

· Conducts sales tours of the community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits and secures applications from qualified persons.

· Prepares and qualifies applications to present to the Manager for approval.

· Maintains awareness of local market conditions, competitors, and trends through active market surveys and physically shopping the properties competition.

· Assists in creating and implementing a plan for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.

· Aggressively markets the property thru multiple media platforms, including, but not limited to telephone, text, email, social media, etc.

· Perform follow-up with prospects per company guidelines.

· Performs any additional duties assigned.

Position Requirements

· Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills, including persistence, competitiveness, and desire to succeed.

· Excellent social media knowledge, including creating content, building interest in our business, product awareness, and market reach.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel & Outlook.

Education

· A high school diploma is required, and some college work is a plus.

· Must be able to work a flexible workweek as required, including weekends. Experience

· Customer service

· Leasing or related field experience

Schedule

· Workweek - 40 Hours

· Monday to Friday

· Weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
