Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $33-$45 per hour (Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay).
(For employees working 30 hours or more on average per week. Which begin on your 60th day of employment following first of the month).

Primary Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with accepted nursing standards, the physician's plan of treatment, and the individualized plan of care.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful care to patients and their families.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- Complete additional case-specific responsibilities as assigned.
Selected nurses can participate in our Nurse Influencer Program, partnering with our Marketing team to create authentic content that highlights life as a Star Pediatrics nurse.
As a Nurse Influencer, you may:
- Share "day in the life" experiences from your workday while always protecting patient privacy.
- Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team on weekly content ideas and post approvals.
- Help answer questions from prospective nursing candidates through social media comments or direct messages.
- Participate in virtual hiring events or recruiting campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Warm, engaging personality
- Comfortable speaking on camera
- Strong clinical performance and professionalism
- Basic video editing skills (preferred but not required)
- Commitment to HIPAA, patient privacy, and organizational guidelines
Additional Influencer Compensation
