Responsibilities
- Supervise play areas to ensure child safety and positive experiences
- Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with birthday parties, school trips, and special events
- Help set up and reset party rooms
- Check in guests and process transactions using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility
- Enforce park rules in a friendly and professional manner
- Support team members during busy periods
- Assist with basic food and beverage handling (if applicable)
Experience
Prior experience in customer service, retail, childcare, entertainment, or hospitality is preferred but not required — we value enthusiasm and reliability above all!
