Urgent Needs for Licensed Practical Nurse
Facility: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Location: Nazareth, PA
Start/Orientation Date: Immediate
Shifts: 8-hour shifts (All shifts available)
3pm-11pm 3pm-7pm 7pm-11pm 11pm-7am
Contract: Per Diem Needs: As Needed LPNs Rates:
Per Diem: $38/hr
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatmentsMonitor patient conditions and report changesAssist with daily care and patient needsMaintain accurate documentation
Scheduling Requirements
- Must work Sundays
- Must work at least two weekends per month
- No more than two consecutive 16-hour shifts
Requirements: ·
- Resume
- LVN/LPN Nursing License - Need the Certification
- 2-Step PPD / TB Test or QuantiFERON
- 2 Supervisor References
- Physical Exam
- BLS/CPR ( AHA. Redcross)
- Drug Test – 9 Panel
- Background Check (PATCH, plus Federal if applicable)
- Verification of Residency
- Orientation Packet
- Signed Attestation
- Self-Skills Evaluation
