The Nurse Manager works closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care across the continuum. Position SummaryThe Nurse Manager – ICU provides oversight of patient care delivery systems, clinical practice standards, staffing models, and resource management. This leader maintains a strong presence in the unit, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and drives quality improvement initiatives.
