What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Field RN Supervisor position at Star Multi Care Services?
We are a well-established Licensed Home Care Agency located in Melville, NY with an Immediate Need for a part-time Field RN Supervisor 20 to 25 hours per week.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a self-managed, organized clinician who is passionate about their nursing practice to join a leading home care provider committed to quality service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- In person aide care plan orientation
- HHA competencies
- Post patient fall RN visits
- Post hospitalization visit
- Change in patient condition visits
Job Requirements
Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Previous home care experience required and a minimum of three years' experience in nursing preferably in supervisory setting.
Must be able to read and interpret documents and manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before patients and their families. Computer literate.
