The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process. Position Description
- Assist in managing the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Manage and book all CEO travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and real-time changes; ensure seamless logistics and timely communication.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for meetings, including agendas, tear sheets, and reports.
- Ensure CRM database is up to date with relevant and accurate information.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, etc.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address them.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Reports to the Chief of Staff and provides high-level administrative and operational support.
- 1-10 years’ experience as an executive assistant to a senior level professional or similar role, with experience in the finance or asset management industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with great work ethic and an understanding that work may need to occur late evenings or on weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Positive attitude.
