What Youll Do
Assist in fabricating high-quality trusses that meet production goals.
Help set up and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running
smoothly.
Stage lumber, prepare tools, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Perform checks to ensure each truss meets our standards.
Work across roles, assisting in saw operation, stacking, building, and
more.

Basic knowledge of woodworking, lumber, or construction.
Mechanical Skills Or Experience With Machinery.
Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
Physical fitness to lift to 50 lbs. repetitively or 100 lbs. as part of
a team.
Authorization to work in the U.S., reliable transportation, and a
commitment to safety.
Ability to pass physical capability testing, drug test and E-Verify.
