Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Fairless Hills, PA. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to provide outstanding service, respond to inquiries, and address concerns. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet client expectations. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience and ability to enhance processes that promote client loyalty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding client support
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus
