Registered Nurse - Pediatric Home Care- American Fork, UT

Registered Nurses (RNs) needed:

• American Fork, Utah
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday 2000-0900
• Set Schedule
• 1 patient per shift, 1 chart per shift, clean home setting, free and safe parking

Job Type: Part Time and Full Time options

Responsibilities include:

general nursing assessments

general charting abilities and timely recording of patient events

gastrostomy tube care/feeding

medication administration

respiratory care (ventilator, tracheostomy, and bipap treatments)

positive attitude

pride in nursing care delivery

attention to detail

Qualifications:

Current RN License or LPN License required (must be available in DOPL)

RN RATE $32-$36/HR

LPN RATE $26/HR (must have 5 years experience)

Experience with children is a plus

Experience with palliative care is a plus

CPR certification is required

Patient care experience (new graduates are welcome to apply after passing the NCLEX AND licensure is showing in DOPL)

Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems

Strong patient assessment skills

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
