Registered Nurse/LPN - Pediatric Home Care- Nights- West Valley City, Ut

Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) needed in:

• West Valley City, Utah
• Set Schedule
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays Nights: 2000-0800
• 1 patient, 1 chart, clean and beautiful home setting, free and safe parking

Job Type: Part Time or Full Time available

Responsibilities include:

general nursing assessments

general charting abilities and timely recording of patient events

gastrostomy tube care/feeding

medication administration

respiratory care (ventilator, tracheostomy, and bipap treatments)

positive attitude

pride in nursing care delivery

attention to detail

Qualifications:

Current RN License or LPN License required (showing in DOPL)

RN RATE $32-$36/HR

LPN RATE $22-$26/HR

Experience with children is a plus

Experience with palliative care is a plus

CPR certification is required

Patient care experience (new graduates are welcome to apply after passing the NCLEX AND licensure is showing in DOPL)

Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems

Strong patient assessment skills
