Description

Support business needs by coordinating shipping activities for Star Holdings Grp.

  • Route customer shipments
  • Coordinating shipments with carriers and 3PL provider
  • Working with Customer Service to coordinate shipments by priority/customer
  • MRP liaison for shipping department

  

This position will be based in an warehouse/office setting, but at times will require a hands-on approach. 

Requirements

  • Customer facing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Fundamental understanding of shipping      principles
  • 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Self-starter and hands-on approach
  • Experience in foodservice a plus

 Will be required to lift 30lbs occasionally, as manufacturing is supported
