We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations and provide excellent service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and contributing to office marketing and community outreach efforts. Training will be provided for benefit resources and insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service , Client Support &Receptionist
- Answer incoming telephone calls and greet office visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with obtaining benefit resources (training provided)
- Follow up with clients by phone regarding appointments, documentation, and general inquiries
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when assisting clients in person and over the phone
Office Administration & Scheduling
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for agents and office staff
- Coordinate agent schedules, meetings, and office activities
- Assist with general office organization and daily operations
- Collate and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Supplies & Inventory Management
- Order and maintain adequate office supplies, marketing materials, and enrollment materials
- Ensure all office materials are organized and fully stocked
Communication, Marketing & Documentation
- Prepare and manage communications including memos, emails, invoices, reports, and correspondence
- Write, edit, and format documents such as letters, reports, and instructional materials
- Assist with social media content creation and basic marketing efforts (posts, flyers, promotions, and office announcements)
- Support marketing initiatives and community outreach activities as directed
- Create and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Marketing Support & Errands
- Assist with delivery of marketing materials, including gifts, brochures, and business cards to partner locations, clinics, and community contacts
- Run occasional business-related errands as needed to support daily operations
- Maintain organization and inventory of marketing materials for distribution
- Represent the company in a professional manner during all external interactions
Events & Special Projects
- Assist with office and community events as needed
- Provide administrative support for special projects and team initiatives
- Perform additional administrative and customer service duties amongst other responsibilities as assignEd
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Knowledge of insurance terminology preferred, including:
- Medicare
- Health Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and social media platforms
- Professional appearance; business casual attire required
Preferred Skills
- Prior customer service or office administrative experience
- Experience with social media, marketing, or community outreach is a plus
- Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team-oriented setting

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
