This is a remote position.Are you confident, motivated, and ready to earn uncapped commissions from home?STAR HOMES CT is expanding, and we’re hiring Cold Callers / Virtual Assistants to help us reach homeowners and applicants across all areas of our real estate business:WholesalingFix-and-FlipRentalsLease Options (Homeowners & Applicants)Cash OffersCleaning & Co-HostingRealtor Services (buyers/sellers/landlords)You’ll be making calls using our system, following proven scripts, and getting paid when deals close and when qualified applicants apply.RequirementsStrong communication & conversational skillsClear speaking voice and confidence on the phoneComfortable making 150–300 dials per day (auto-dialer provided)Stable internet, laptop/phone, and quiet work environmentAbility to handle rejection professionallyExperience in cold calling, VA work, telemarketing, or customer service is a plusBasic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn (training provided)You’ll work inside our CRM & dialer and:Make outbound calls to homeowners from our lead listsIntroduce STAR HOMES CT and explain our solutions (cash offers, creative options, realtor services, etc.)Lease-Option Homeowner Campaigns:Call property owners to see if they’re open to monthly payments / rent-to-own style offersGather property and payment detailsPre-qualify flexibility and motivationTag and pass qualified leads to acquisitions Lease-Option Applicant Campaigns (Tenant-Buyers):Call incoming applicants interested in lease-option homesExplain how the program works in simple terms (script provided)Pre-screen income, readiness, and seriousnessGuide them to complete the application and pay the $20 application feeTrack which applications and payments are tied to your callsUpdate and maintain accurate records in our CRMFollow up with warm leads (homeowners applicants)Meet weekly activity and lead goalsWork closely with the acquisitions team and disposition/tenant screening teamBenefitsCompensation – Commission Only (No Cap)You are paid when your leads and applicants turn into money for the company.Wholesale Deals (Homeowner Leads)10% of the assignment fee for deals that came from your qualified leadExample: $15,000 assignment → You earn $1,500 Fix & Flip Deals (Acquisition Leads)5% of the net flip profit for acquisitions that started from your leadExample: $50,000 net profit → You earn $2,5003. Lease Options – TWO PARTSPART A – Homeowners (Getting Owners to Accept Lease Options)When you bring a homeowner who agrees to a lease-option / rent-to-own style arrangement and that deal closes:You earn 10% of the upfront option feeExample: $8,000 option fee collected → You earn $800This covers the homeowner-side of lease options.PART B – Applicants / Tenant-Buyers (Marketing the Lease Options)You will also call and pre-screen tenant-buyers for our lease-option homes.Each applicant you successfully guide to complete the $20 application and pay the fee:You earn $3 per paid $20 application(Approx. 15% of the app fee – scaled to reward volume without overpaying) If one of your applicants is approved and successfully placed into a lease-option home:You also earn a bonus of $50 per approved & placed applicantSo for lease-option applicants, you earn:$3 per paid application $50 bonus if they are approved and move forward on a home4. Cleaning & Co-Hosting LeadsIf your lead signs up for cleaning or co-hosting services:You earn 10% of the first invoiceExample: $900 first invoice → You earn $905. Realtor Referrals (Buyers/Sellers/Landlords)If your lead becomes a real estate client through our agent services:You earn 10% of the referral fee/commission portion allocated to referralsExample: $1,200 referral payout → You earn $1206.
