Duties
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations using accounting software such Eagle Business Managment System.
- Reconcile customer accounts regularly, investigate discrepancies, and prepare journal entries for adjustments as needed.
- Support accounts payable functions when necessary, maintaining a balanced understanding of the full revenue cycle management process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing issues promptly while providing excellent customer service through phone etiquette and professional communication.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as Eagle Business Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with financial concepts like debits & credits, journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
- Ability to perform detailed data entry with high accuracy using 10 key typing skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective phone etiquette for collections and client interactions.
- Analysis skills necessary, account reconciliation, and financial review processes.
