Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, nurturing in-home childcare during scheduled pick-up shifts
- Supervise children's safety and well-being at all times in the home environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences
- Assist with meals, snacks, and basic hygiene routines as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding the child's day
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment
- Follow family-specific routines, preferences, and care instructions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or a related caregiving role
- Reliable, punctual, and able to pick up shifts on a flexible schedule
- Strong communication skills and a warm, patient demeanor with children
- Must pass background check
- Must have CPR and First Aid certification
- Trustworthy, professional, and comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Must be located in or near Addison, Farmers Branch, Coppell, North Dallas TX areas
- Must have reliable transportation
About Shifts:
- Shifts are 6-8 Hours
- Shifts can start as early as 7 AM
- Shifts can be in the evenings occasionally but not overnight
