Job Description:
- Implement the behavioral treatment plan and work 1:1 with patients on social skills, independent skills, and other essential skills, as well as reduction of problematic behaviors.
- Assist in designing activities and restructuring environment to support patient’s positive behaviors (e.g. on-task behaviors, socially appropriate behaviors).
- Collect data as prescribed by each lesson plan.
- Complete daily session note.
- Communicate openly with clinical supervisor and Behavior Analyst (BCBAs), and follow through any feedback given.
What We Are Looking For :
- Have availability at least 20 hours/week
- Previous experience working with children
- Minimal High school diploma required
- Must have own reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license, auto registration and auto insurance
- US work authorization
- Proof of immunization records and TB required
- Clear background check (Star Future will assist in getting the needed clearances)
- Verifiable work references
- Ability to actively play with kids, and to stand, walk, sit, squat, bend, kneel, twist, and lift 50 lbs
- Attend diligently to the safety of the patient and yourself
