- Finalizes sales order in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Provides all guests with an IT Guest Experience.
- Completes daily audits and Office Checklist.
- Assists guests with questions on their orders or accounts.
- Directs any guest issues and concerns with a sense of urgency to store management or Customer Care Center.
- Answers incoming calls and directs to the appropriate person/department.
- Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy of all open orders.
- Responsible for opening/closing procedures.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Cash handling experience.

This position operates in a retail showroom environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, tablets and other office equipment.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
This position requires at least 29/ hours per week as a part of standard retail schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
