Automotive Porter Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and professional guest experience
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming dealership environment
Assist with valet parking and manage vehicle flow throughout the lot
Move, park, and organize vehicles as needed
Support guests with questions about service, sales, and dealership amenities
Provide accurate information in person, by phone, and by email
Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with dealership standards
Assist with errands, deliveries, and other dealership tasks as needed
Automotive Porter Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Basic administrative and/or cash handling experience a plus
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent service
