What You’ll Do – A Day in the Life:

As the vital first point of contact for our customers and technicians, you’ll manage the flow of communication and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail and friendly professionalism will keep our field teams moving and our customers satisfied. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage multiple incoming phone lines, answering customer calls with professionalism and care
• Input and close out service call requests in our online dispatch system
• Dispatch service requests efficiently to our field technicians
• Process customer payments accurately and assist with account management
• Distribute incoming mail and maintain organized customer files
• Provide general office support and assist with other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For – Skills to Help You Succeed:

· A high school diploma or equivalent

· Some prior experience in an office or customer-facing setting preferred

· Strong computer skills – we are a Microsoft Office shop (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· A friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor

· Clear communication skills – both written and verbal

· Reliable, punctual, and ready to take ownership of your work

· Curiosity and a desire to learn – we’ll teach you the rest!

· $25/hour with 40 hours/week and occasional overtime (Monday – Friday; 7:30am – 4:30am)
